NCTE B.Ed Approval –  अगर आपने B.Ed कर रखा है और सोच रहे थे कि कब प्राइमरी स्कूल में पढ़ाने का मौका मिलेगा – तो अब खुश हो जाइए। NCTE यानी नेशनल काउंसिल फॉर टीचर एजुकेशन ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है, और अब B.Ed पास उम्मीदवार भी क्लास 1 से 5 तक पढ़ा सकेंगे। यानी अब आपके लिए सरकारी स्कूल में बतौर प्राइमरी टीचर नौकरी पाने का रास्ता खुल चुका है। आइए अब आपको पूरी डिटेल आसान भाषा में बताते हैं। पहले क्या था सिस्टम? अब तक होता ये था कि अगर किसी को प्राइमरी टीचर यानी क्लास 1 से 5 तक पढ़ाना होता था, तो उसके पास D.El.Ed, BTC या JBT जैसी डिग्री होनी जरूरी थी। और जिनके पास B.Ed डिग्री होती थी, उन्हें सिर्फ क्लास 6 से ऊपर की कक्षाएं पढ़ाने की अनुमति मिलती थी। इस वजह से हजारों B.Ed होल्डर प्राइमरी की भर्तियों से बाहर रह जाते थे, चाहे उन्होंने कितनी भी मेहनत से पढ़ाई क्यों न की हो। अब क्या नया हुआ है? अब NCTE ने अपना पुराना नियम बदल दिया है। नए नियम के मुताबिक, अगर आपने B.Ed किया है तो अब आप भी क्लास 1 से 5 तक पढ़ा सकते हैं। लेकिन एक छोटी सी शर्त है – आपको CTET या फिर अपने राज्य की TET परीक्षा पास करन...
